We want Building your New Home to be a pleasant and smooth experience. Communication is key to making this happen. This is one reason we strive to make you part of the project in any aspect you feel comfortable. Keeping you involved keeps us in touch with your needs and you more aware of what we are doing. This helps to prevent mistakes, and saves time and money. We also like to see you take advantage of our "Sweat Equity" option. This is where you contribute your labor to the project and, in essence, get paid for it. It is another great opportunity to save money and include yourself in the building of your new home. Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8-5 and we communicate with your job site using a Nextel system, which makes us very accessible to assist you with construction and problem solving.
