An important aspect of design work is creating a home to fit your needs both functionally and aesthetically. Of equal importance is staying within your budget. During the first stage of the design process we discuss what you want your home to be; in fact we encourage you to bring in your own designs. You are asked to create a wish list and from that we can determine costs. The wish list is then prioritized to establish a budget. Because of our working knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costs we can guarantee that your home can be built within the design budget.
